Delivery / Shipping
The CAMIREL Sarl company Les Loulous de la plage offers you a choice of three transport solutions from Groupe La Poste: Colissimo Suivi (tracked), Colissimo Expert (signed for) and Chronopost for very urgent deliveries.
Preparation time
Packages are generally prepared and shipped on the day of your order. However, in very busy periods they may be shipped within a maximum of 2 business days. Once the packages are transferred to the carrier, a tracking number is sent to the customer by email which can then be used to track the progress of delivery step-by-step on the website of our carrier, Colissimo.
Mode of transport and delivery times
The standard mode of delivery for an swim short order is Colissimo Suivi (tracked) without signature, delivered to your mailbox. If you prefer signed-for delivery, you must select Colissimo Expert or Chronopost, that choice will involve an increase in the standard rate of postage.
Colissimo service of the post office
France : 2 to 3 days in Metropolitan France, Corse, Andorre et Monaco.
French overseas: 4 to 5 days
European countries: 4 to 6 days
Rest of the world: 7 to 10 days
Chronopost service
France : 24h, Delivery the next morning before 13 h everywhere in metropolitan France and Monaco. For some of the islands of the coastline, the delivery is assured the day after.
French overseas: 2 to 3 days
European countries: 2 to 3 days
Rest of the world: 3 to 6 days
In the event of absence on the day of delivery, the postman will leave a delivery notice in the customer's mailbox. This notice will allow you to collect the package from the post office, during its opening hours, within 15 clear days.
In case of delay, CAMIREL Sarl undertakes to inform the customer. All risks pass to the buyer as soon as the goods are transferred to the postal service. Les Loulous de la plagecannot be held liable for consequences related to late delivery or loss of the package by the carrier. In case of non-receipt of a package within the time specified, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier which may take several days (e.g. 21 days in the case of La Poste). During this period, no refund or return can be made.
Unless specifically agreed in advance, no delivery can be made before payment.
Order Receipt
Upon delivery, it is the recipient's responsibility to check the condition of the mens swimwear order and make any reserves or complaints which would appear justified, or even to refuse the package, if it is likely to have been opened or if it shows obvious signs of damage.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage costs. These charges vary depending on the total cost of the order and the shipping method chosen. The CAMIREL company offers delivery via Colissimo Suivi (tracked delivery without signature), via Colissimo Expert (signed-for delivery), or Chronopost for urgent shipments.
Excluding exceptional offers (free shipping for all orders of more than two items), shipping charges will be borne by the buyer and will be indicated separately on the order form.
