Be aware! You can only return items if and only if:
• Articles has not been worn or washed,
• The original labels are still attached,
• Articles has not been deteriorated in any way,
• Articles are returned in its original packaging.
This excludes all altered or damaged products, even if only used once.
Any exchange or return must be subject to a prior request for exchange or return to the customer service of the CAMIREL company. You will need to contact us by e-mail at customerservice@lesloulousdelaplage.com specifying the order number, reference, and the reason for return. As we invite you to verify your size before confirming your purchase, you will be asked to bear the return costs. Our mens swimwear creations are designed using international sizes, our size guide allows you to confirm your exact measurements. Such return costs amount to 5 Euro, which you should necessarily include with your return.
Any claim made after 15 days will not be accepted. Les Loulous de la plage reserves the right to refuse any exchange if items are not returned in good condition.
If the return is refused by CAMIREL, the products will be returned to the customer at their own expense on a counter-refund basis, without the customer have the right to any compensation. In the event of cancellation, the cost of the products to be refunded will be re-credited within a maximum of 15 business days to the bank card used to pay for the order. In the event of exchange, a credit to the value of the goods returned and original shipping costs will be paid to the customer account used to place the order. Once completed, this replacement order will be prepared and shipped within the same time frame as a normal order.
Furthermore, should you wish to be reimbursed for your purchase, a discount of 15% will be deducted to cover our picking, verification and restocking costs. The shipment charges which you paid or that we would have offered you will not be either refund or paid by our company. The possible: catalog, gifts, bag, pocket mirror etc. not appearing on your invoice and which were delivered with your order, must also necessarily be returned.
